The A-AST Referral Program is an initiative that financially rewards you for bringing opportunities to us. As an A-AST customer, you are rewarded for each new sign up customer you refer to us. Through this program, we seek trusted advisers like you to partner with us to help customers meet their business needs. If you choose to join the A-AST Referral Program, we reward you for bringing us new business opportunities.

To sign up for the A-AST Referral Program, you need to fill out an online application form. We will review your application, and once approved, you will receive an email with information on how to get started. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Terms and conditions of the Admin-Ahead Server Technologies Referral Program.

General

The Admin-Ahead Server Technologies Referral Program ("A-AST Referral Program") allows all existing A-AST customers to receive Bonus points from us for referring customers ("Referred Customers") to sign up for technical support packages with us. To participate in the A-AST Referral Program, you must comply with all of these requirements.

Referred Customers

1. The Referred Customer must be an individual or business with whom you have a pre-existing relationship.

2. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources.

3. You may not send unsolicited e-mails ("Spam").

4. You may not refer yourself for the A-AST Referral Program.

5. You will not be eligible for a Bonus for referring a customer that signs up with A-AST during a reduced fee promotional offer period.

6. You will not be eligible for a Bonus if the plan that the customer has subscribed to, is discontinued.

Bonus Requirements

In order for you to receive a Bonus, the Referred Customer must:

1. sign up for a Technical Support through your Customer Referral link provided by A-AST.

2. become a verified user; and

3. not already have a sign up plan with A-AST at the time of the referral.

4. make the payment on time every month.

All of these steps must be completed prior to you being eligible for a Bonus.

A-AST may discontinue or modify the A-AST Referral Program at any time by providing you with thirty days notice. In the event that the A-AST Referral Program is discontinued, you will receive the Bonus for all of your Referred Customers that have satisfied all of the requirements in this section prior to the discontinuation date of the A-AST Referral Program.

Bonus Points

The A-AST Referral Program gives you the flexibility to earn points redeemable for exciting rewards. Bonus points are allotted depending on the amount of business a Referral Customer brings in to Admin-Ahead Server Technologies. These points will not be applicable in the case of any charge-backs, refunds, reversals or fraud activity.
