You will receive such message when you try to access WHM , cPanel or Webmail through non-secure ports such as 2086, 2082 and 2095.

This happens because of this setting “Require SSL for all remote logins to cPanel, WHM, and Webmail. Recommended. “ is enabled on the server.

You can easily disable this from:

WHM >> Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> Security >> Require SSL .
Note: Disabling this option is not recommended as this will allow access to the non-SSL ports (2082, 2086, 2095), and it will make the cPanel services less secure.
