Most of the cases cx come and say that the added custom nameservers are not listed in the WHM
Main >> DNS Functions >> Nameserver IPs
It can be fixed by running the below script.

/scripts/updatenameserverips
======
If the issue still not fixed, then you may need to edit it manually.
It can be done from the file "/var/cpanel/nameserverips.yaml"
IMPORTANT - Please take the back up of the file before editing it.
It will work and shows the correct name server and IP in the WHM Main >> DNS Functions >> Nameserver IPs
Fix the issue easily....
