If you are someone working with cPanel and it is always good to have certification from these areas to test your knowledge and it's also good for your career. Good news is cPanel do offer free online certifications and "cPanel Base Certification::Sales (cPBC::Sales)" and "cPanel Base Certification::Technical (cPBC::Tech)" is online and free.
