Website getting redirected to http://www.mywebsite.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi with Showing error "Executing in an invalid environment for the supplied user"
This error is due to the domain is suspended in WHM
- we can check this by WHM>>List suspended domain
To unsuspend the domain. please follow below steps:
#/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ unsuspendacct username
Unsuspending outgoing email....Done
Unsuspending websites...
Unsuspending FTP accounts...
user's account is now active
Unsuspending mysql users
user's account has been unsuspended
