In order to get this issue resolved, please follow the bellow given steps:#/scripts/updateuserdomains
#/scripts/fixeverything
#/scripts/upcp --force
Then recompile apache using easyapache:#/scripts/easyapache

Also you can fix this issue in an easy way by following the bellow given steps:#ls -lash /var/cpanel/users/ | awk ‘{print $10}’ > /etc/trueuserdomains
And then create a domain through cPanel to fix this issue. It is faster than running upcp --
