Title: admin.conf and reseller.conf files not being saved : bugfix

This bug is fixed on the latest Version 1.443 released on 12/26/13.

Issue with User/Reseller/Admin virtual class function for x::writeFile where the user version was changed by the Reseller/Admin were not, thus only the User version was called.
Caused issues in areas like Reseller -> Nameservers -> set the ns1/ns2, and when editing the User Welcome Message.
