If Cx is not getting SSL certificates to the Approvar email address or order status is not changing from LRO status.
To resolve the SSL issue. Check the domain’s whois informations and technical contact email address, If the domain’s technical contact email address and SSL certificate information ( email address) are same we can sent the SSL order to domain’s technical contact email address.
Case 2:
If the domain’s Technical contact email address and the email address provided in the certificate information (email address) are not same. Then the first steps is to update the domain’s technical email address to the email address provided in the certificate information and use below link to resend the SSL order.
