Title: Disable the guest account

1. On the audited server, open the Local Security Policy, or navigate to Start → Windows Administrative Tools (Windows Server 2016) or Administrative Tools (Windows 2012 R2 and below) → Local Policy.

2. Navigate to Security Options →Accounts: Guest account status

3. Double-click the policy and disable it.
