Hi,
Hmailserver is a default mail server comes along with the windows server editions. The SMTP relay IP is the IP through which all the mails are relayed and sent. We can change that by the following steps.
1, Log in to hMailServer Administrator
2, Go to Settings->Protocols->SMTP
Chose "Advanced" tab and change the IP. Save your changes and restart the service.
