Hi Huys,
It is possible to shutdown or reboot a Windows machine in your network very easily.
Just login to your machine and type "shutdown /i" in your command prompt.
That will open the remote shutdown manager. Simply give the IP or the server you want to restart or shutdown and press "Ok".
It's a very cool tool and very easy to use. Give it a try.
