Cannot login as FTP for all domains in Plesk control panel. It shows the error, user cannot login. The issue can be resolved by following method.
Access IIS from Windows server. Click on FTP authentication for the server. Use edit function for basic authentication. If "/" is present, remove the same. After that you will be able to login using ftp. If the issue still persist reconfigure ftp configuration
"%plesk_bin%\ftpmng.exe" --remove-all
"%plesk_bin%\ftpmng.exe" --reconfigure-all
