Website failed to load with the following error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Error Code 0x8007000d

Reason:

The Url rewrite functionality is used in website, but the Url Rewrite module is not installed on the server.

solution:
Install the Url Rewrite Module on the server.
