Title: Logon errors in the Plesk File Manager

Often we may receive a Logon error while accessing the file manager of a domain. We gets an error like below:-

failed: Unable to logon user (SERVER_NAME\\username): (1331) Logon failure: account currently disabled.

Fix:

We need to enable the user using the Computer Management console. Follow the below steps to enable the user:-

1). Go to Computer Management
2). Expand Local Users and Groups, Users
3). Find the user that is disabled
4). Right-click -> Properties -> General tab
5). Uncheck 'Account is disabled' check-box, click OK


This will sort out the issue and now you should able to access the Plesk File Manager.
