Cannot create/update mail account in smarter mail

when try to create or update mail account getting following error:

Internal error: Can't open domain. Domain: domain.tld [domain.tld]. Reason: You have already attempted to log in too many times within a short period. You must wait a set amount of time before trying again. If you require assistance, please contact your email administrator. (Error code 1)

This error is due to the Integration of Plesk with SmarterMail is broken.

To resolve this please follow the below steps :
1. Go to Tools & Settings > Server Components > Mail Server and submit working SmarterMail administrator credentials.
2. Open the IIS manager and click on add website and name the site as SmarterMail
3. Choose the correct application pool
4. For the physical path, browse to the SmarterMail -> MRS folder. The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterMail\MRS
5. For Binding, choose an IP address to use for Webmail.
6. Make sure "Start Web site immediately" is checked and then click "Ok'
7. Register SmarterMail as the default mail server by executing below commands:
