Hello,
By default IP address is pointing to the Plesk's Default Home Directory. In case, Plesk site preview is not working and you want to check your domain before DNS propagation, you can use this option. You point IP address to any particular domain's home directory.
Follow these steps,
1) Login in to the Plesk control panel.
2) Go to the Tools & Settings > IP Addresses > Clock on the IP address.
3) Here you can select domain and click on the "OK".
Now, IP address is pointing to that particular domain's home directory.
