Hi Guys,
You may get the following error when trying to login to a Plesk server in Windows 2008 server.
get_config_string failed: PRODUCT_DATA_D: Unexpected end of data when read C-string from serializer.
It's a bug in older Plesk versions and Parallels fixed this in later version.
To fix this issue, please follow the steps mentioned below.
1) Login to Windows machine and run task manager.
2) Kill - Apache.exe and Plesksrv.exe
3) Restart the Plsk service
That will fix the issues and you will be able to login.
