Symptoms

When trying to change mail settings ( 'Mail' tab > 'Change settings' > confirm changes with 'OK' ), the following error occurs:

Cause

Mailboxes became corrupted after upgrade.

Resolution

1.Open MailEnable CP (Start > All Programs > Mail Enable > MailEnable Administrator).
2.Go to Messaging manager > Post Offices and remove post offices that cause error.
3.Run "%plesk_cli%\mchk.exe" --all --fix=all
