Hi All,

If you can't able to change the password of MSSQL User or database connection failed with wrong password ,Here is a solution for you. Just follow the troubleshooting steps below and fix the issue

Initally we need to check the MSSQL service is running or not.

Check with the username and password that you can login to MsSQL server listed in Plesk Control panel->Tools and Utilities->Database Servers->MSSQL server.

Ensure that the MSSQL connections to the server is working by checking with Pesk Control panel->Tools and Utilities->Database Servers

Uncheck the password expiration in "sa" user

Check the MsSQL port 1433 is listening to the network connections or any firewall is blocking the connections

Check the "Nimed Pipes" connection method is enabled in SQL Server Configuration Manager->Protocols for MSSQLSERVER.

That's It :)
