When you finds issues with Plesk Panel upgrade and fails with the following error:
ERROR while trying to SMB database not created
Check the error reason(see log file: /tmp/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper.101105.09.52.log), fix and try again

There’s a bootstrapper repair utility that’ll fix this issue.
To do this, login to your server as root.
1). Go to
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/List out the contents of this directory to find the exact file name of your plesk bootstrapper. For example in this case bootstrapper is
pp11.0.9-bootstrapper2). Execute the repair utility as
pp11.0.9-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
You will see:
