Creat FTP Account in Webmin
Login to Webmin Control panel
1) Got System >> Users and Groups >> Create a new user
2) Enter the Username
3) Change Shell to /sbin/nologin
4) Check on Normal password radio button and enter the password
5) Change Existing group to ftp
(You may leave all other options at default)
5) Click on the Create button and done.
