Hello,

You are getting this error because the browser definitions that were borrowed from Ocean's Place are inheriting from definitions that existed on the .NET framework v2 and no longer exist on v4.
 
There are two ways around this:

1) Replacing all the definitions from .NET4 with the old ones from .NET2. You can go the IIS aplication pool, and change the framework version of the app-pool to v2

2) Remove Ocean's definitions

You can simply change the Application pool to 2, it will fix the issue.
