13. What is backed up by cPProtect Backup (cPanel)?

Notice : This product has been discontinued as of 3rd January, 2018 from our product list. Any further development and all related support services would also be discontinued. You can however continue to use this product, and any related support services would come under our per hour administrative charge of $25 (USD).

Full Backup

When a full backup schedule is run, the account settings, the home directory of the account and the databases associated with that account are backed up.

Incremental

When an incremental schedule is run, a comparison is made with the previous incremental backup and the current account and only the files thathave been changed in the home directory of that particular account are backed up.

Differential

When a differential schedule is run, the comparison is made with the last full back up that was taken and then files that have been changed in the home directory of that particular account since then are backed up.
