A full backup is a complete backup of a particular account which includes backing up the account settings, the home directory of the account and all the MySQL databases of that particular account inclusive of mail.

An incremental backup is a backup of an account wherein only the files that have been changed (or any new files that have been created) since the last backup (either full or incremental) are backed up.

A differential backup is a backup of an account wherein only the files that have been changed (or any new files created) since the last full backup are backed up.

Note:  Irrespective of backup type (Incremental/Differential/Full) chosen for a plan, full backup of databases are taken. Presently there is no feature to take incremental/differential backup of databases.
