How to update to cPProtect Backup - White Label (cPanel) from cPProtect Backup (cPanel)?

Notice: This product has been discontinued as of 3rd January 2018 from our product list. Any further development and all related support services would also be discontinued. You can, however, continue to use this product, and any related support services would come under our per hour administrative charge of $25 (USD).

The cPProtect white labeled solution is free from Admin-Ahead logos and advertisements. Hence, you will be able to upload your custom logo from the interface. You can upgrade to whitelabeled version if you are already a user of Admin-Ahead cPProtect plugin.

Follow these steps to update plugin. 

* Login to your remote cPanel server via SSH. Change to the installation directory (This can be anything. /home, / or anything you feel comfortable. )

* rm -f cpprotect_whitelabel_installer.sh aast_cpp_installer.sh ( This is done to make sure that the directory does not contain an old version of the installation script )

* Download cPProtect Backup plugin white label installer


wget http://rep0.admin-ahead.com/sources/aast_cpprotect_backup/v_3_4_1/cpprotect_whitelabel_installer.sh

* Set execution permission

# chmod +x cpprotect_whitelabel_installer.sh

* Run the installer and follow onscreen instructions

# ./cpprotect_whitelabel_installer.sh

* Select upgrade from the menu

Setup License

You need to purchase different license to run with cPProtect whitelabel 

* Login to your client area ( https://admin-ahead.com/portal/clientarea.php )

* Find the product and get the license key

* Login to your WHM ( https://<your_server_ip>:2087/ )

* Navigate to plugin section and click on Admin-Ahead cPProtect plugin (v3.4.1)

* Enter your license key and submit
