17. How to check the status of backup and restore from plugin interface ?

Notice : This product has been discontinued as of 3rd January, 2018 from our product list. Any further development and all related support services would also be discontinued. You can however continue to use this product, and any related support services would come under our per hour administrative charge of $25 (USD).

You can check the status of Backup and Restore from the plugin interface.


To view the backup status :

WHM >> cPProtect Plugin >> STATUS >> Backup History

Click on the text field to select the date and click on "Get Accounts" button.

You can view the status of the backup created for the selected date.

For the successful backup you can see status as Done and Failed for unsuccessful backups.


To view the restore status :

WHM >> cPProtect plugin >> STATUS >> Restore History

Click on the text field to select the date and click on "Get Accounts" button.


You can view the status of the restoration for the selected date.

For the successful restoration you can see status as Done and Failed for unsuccessful restoration.
