Product not activated even if Invoice is cleared

There could be instances when you have just cleared an outstanding invoice, but the product is still not active. Under such circumstances, please open the Invoice you have made a payment for, and check the validity period for the plugin / extension you have made a payment for.

For example, if you have defaulted on payment for 2 months, the system will only generate one Invoice for the 1st month that you have defaulted. Your pending Invoice will only show this Invoice. Only when you clear this Invoice will the second months invoice be generated. Your product will be activated only in case you clear all these Invoices.

What we suggest: If you have a payment default for more than 2 months, we suggest that you cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new one, since otherwise, you will end up paying for 2 months without actually benefitting from the purchase.
