Billed after cancellation

Getting Billed after cancellation of the product? 

If you have selected 2Checkout/Paypal as your payment gateway option please note that you will have to cancel the recurring subscription manually after logging into your Payment Gateway. If this is not done, even if the product is completely canceled recurring charges may incur even if we do not authorize it. Please stop the recurring function at the gateway to proceed.

If you have been billed already, please open a ticket with our Sales Department, so that we can initiate a refund for the same.
