Billed twice for the same product

Are you billed twice for the same product? 

When a recurring subscription is turned on at your Payment Gateway, it tends to charge twice and automatically results in a credit. We do not initiate this at our end. 

This happens when you manually pay for the product first and then activate a recurring subscription later at 2CheckOut/PayPal. For example, if you cleared the first invoice on 20th of the month and activated recurring later on the same day or later, from that point on you would accumulate credit whilst being charged through recurring each month.

If you encounter this problem, Do NOT worry, here are the remedies : 

1. Cancel the recurring at the Payment Gateway. 
2. While paying the next invoice, activate the recurring once again. 

This way, you will be charged only once for your subscription. You may open a ticket with our Sales Department for any refunds that needs to be issued.
