Blank Page and PHP Fatal error in the cPanel Error Log

If you are seeing a blank page and an error saying:  The file xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.3 and cannot run under PHP 7.1 or later on the cPanel error log file then it means that you would need to update your plugin with PHP 7 supported package.

In order to do this, you would need to first download and execute the upgrade script to update the plugin.

By this script, you would be able to update all our products to the latest release.

Please follow the below steps after login to your remote cPanel server via SSH. 


wget https://rep0.admin-ahead.com/sources/cpanel-plugins/aast-cpanel-plugin-patcher-v1.0.sh

* Set execution permission

# chmod +x aast-cpanel-plugin-patcher-v1.0.sh


* Run the patch script and follow onscreen instructions

# ./aast-cpanel-plugin-patcher-v1.0.sh
