Hi,
For a cpanel server, You have two ways to create a new account. Either from back end or from front end (WHM). Here I am giving the steps to do from WHM.
From WHM
1, Log in to the WHM and go to the following location whm >> Account Functions >> Create a New Account
Domain Information
These are the primary information area. Enter your Domain name, Account username, password and the E-mail address associated with it.
Package
Select your package from the drop down. Make sure that you have created a packages before creating account. With the use of packages, You will be able to set the many variables like number of Addons,E-mail address and many more with a single click.
Settings
Here you can select the cPanel theme and the user's language.
Reseller Settings
A reseller will have the permission to create sub accounts under their reseller account. You can enable the reseller privilege to the account, If you are permitting the account to create sub accounts. They will have WHM access with limited options.
DNS Settings
Enable domain key and SPF for this domain from this section. They are very useful when you start sending mails using the domain.
Mail Routing Settings
Here you can select the mail server settings of your domain.
Click on "Create".
