Enable SSH access for cPanel user.
« on: November 16, 2013, 08:32:08 am »
Hello,

With the help of this article you will be able to enable SSH (shell) access for individual users on VPS servers that have WHM/Panel control panel.  SSH access should only be given to users whom can be trusted.

===============>>>
1) Log in to the WHM as root.
2) Scroll down the left hand column to the Account Functions section. Click on Manage Shell Access.
3) A list of all users is displayed on the right side of the control panel. To the right of each user is that user’s shell option. 4) Select the user and save it.
===============>>>

Additional information on cPanel SSH access is available at the following URL:

Thank you,
