Fix the missing Databases in cPanel

Databases exist in /var/lib/mysql directory but missing in cpanel interface.

We can use the following script to fix this.

/scripts/update_db_cache
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap
===

Now login to cPanel and check for the databases.
