If you are getting the error "Can’t locate HTML/Parser.pm in @INC" while installing Spamassassin, it is because the perl module "HTML::Parser" is missing in your system. Follow the steps to install it and fix the issue.
cpan
cpan> install HTML::Parser
That's it! Now you will be able to install Spamassassin without any issue.
