Youtube Grab/Remote Upload Issue - Video is not playing when upload via Youtube Grab/ when you upload it via a remote URL
I thought to share the steps that I followed because today I got one case with same issue have had a hard time finding a solution. So, if you face this issue, here is what you have to do and you can fix it in a minute.
If the customer is facing this issue, you can see they must be using the ClipBucket flv player - "Pak Player 1.0"
The Pak player is causing the issue and ClipBucket do offer another player by default - "ClipBucket (CB) Player 1.0" ( Default ClipBucket Player and you can tell customer it is the officially supported player )
So all you have to do is, just switch the player to CB player and Youtube Grab/Remote Uploaded videos will start working again!
Here are the steps to switch the player.
1) Login to admin panel
2) Website Configurations
3) Display and Listing Settings
4) Manage Flv players
5) Activate "CB player"
