Hello,
IIS 7.5 have feature to import and export site. It will help you to migrate your site from one server to another. Please follow these steps.
1) Open IIS Management > Click on the Site.
2) Go to the "Actions" area > Deploy > Click on the Export Applications. Please choose the backup file location and complete the export process.
3) You will have your site's backup as a .zip format under the Document. You can easily can transfer this backup file via FTP and restore it in your another server.
4) For site restoration, you need to click on the Import button.
