Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

When trying to access File Manager, File sharing or change Domain user credentials the following error appears:

        Internal error: Unable to logon user (SERVER\username): (1326) Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Error code 1)
        Message     Unable to logon user (SERVER\username): (1326) Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Error code 1)

We can solve the issue by running the command

C:>"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --synchronize-impersonation-storage

This will synchronize all the ftp users with Plesk databases.
