This fix is Applicable to Plesk Onyx for Linux and Plesk 12.5 for Linux
Symptoms:
The following error can be found in the Plesk Home page after the failed ModSecurity update:
Error: Failed to update the ModSecurity rule set. Details
In the menu Tools & Settings > Web Application Firewall (ModSecurity) the following error can be found:

Unable to download tortix rule set
While trying to login to Atomicorp account using credentials from the /etc/asl/config file, the error as the following can be seen:
The user name or password is incorrect
Resolution
1. Connect to the server using SSH.
2. Update ModSecurity rule set manually:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php -f UpdateModSecurityRuleSet
