How to notify Plesk users about an upcoming maintenance downtime

Using the Mass Email Notifications feature

1.In Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > Mass Email Messages (Tools & Resources) and click Add Mass Email Template.

2. Fill in the fields enabling Resellers and Customers. Once done, click OK to create a template.



3.After the template is created, click on the Send button to perform mass notification.
