When clicking the server tab in Plesk following error occurs

The resolution of this issue is very simple but difficult to recreate. According to Plesk official forum the username and password is case sensitive. But in real you will still be able to login to your Plesk with A as capital for admin user. But when you click server tab the above error occurs. The resolution of the issue is simple. Just login using admin as lower case.
