1. vim /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo
2. Remove the hash from the begining of the line baseurl=http://vault.centos.org/$releasever/updates/$basearch/ so that /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo now looks like the below
