9. What is Firewall Options in cPshield-v2 plugin for cPanel/WHM

The Firewall in  cPShield-v2 plugin for cPanel/WHM provides the following options:

Rules

-> On clicking Add New Rule button to add new rules to the firewall.
-> After filling the text field of IP Address, PORT, Rules(Allow/Deny), Protocol(Any/TCP/UDP), click the Submit Query button to save the rule.
-> Using Remove and Edit icons to delete or edit the saved rule in the server firewall.

Configuration

-> The "Configuration" Section will show the whole configuration of Firewall, i.e. /etc/apt/conf.apf.
-> Edit the firewall configuration file directly from the interface and On clicking the Update & Restart button will save the updated firewall configuration.

Ports

-> The Inbound TCP ports section will show the lists of all opened Incoming TCP ports. The Edit button allows editing Inbound open TCP ports.
-> The Outbound TCP ports section will show the lists of all opened Outgoing TCP ports. The Edit button allows editing Outbound open TCP ports.
-> The Inbound UCP ports section will show the lists of all opened Incoming UDP ports. The Edit button allows editing Inbound open UDP ports. 
-> The Outbound UDP ports section will show the lists of all opened Outgoing TCP ports. The Edit button allows editing Outbound open UDP ports

Settings

-> On clicking ON/OFF button of Advance Firewall Policy(APF) will STOP/START the APF firewall.
-> On clicking ON/OFF button of Brute Force Detection (BFD) will STOP/START the BFD firewall.
-> On clicking ON/OFF button of ConfigServer Security & Firewall (CSF) will STOP/START the CSF firewall.
-> The Restart APF/CSF button Restarts the Firewall and Firewall rules are applied immediately.
